Recipe Ingredients:
- Non-stick cooking spray
- 3 cup fat-free milk
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups old fashioned oats
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp maple syrup (optional for serving)
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
Recipe Instructions:
- Spray the inside of slow-cooker with a non-stick spray.
- Add in all ingredients, except blueberries and coconut. Cook, stirring occasionally, on medium for 4 hours or on low for 6 hours.
- In the last 10 minutes of cooking, turn dial to warm and gently stir in the blueberries.
- Serve topped with maple syrup if desired.
