Blueberry Slow-Cooker Oatmeal

Recipe Ingredients:

  • Non-stick cooking spray
  • 3 cup fat-free milk
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cups old fashioned oats
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup (optional for serving)
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup frozen or fresh blueberries

Recipe Instructions:

  1. Spray the inside of slow-cooker with a non-stick spray.
  2. Add in all ingredients, except blueberries and coconut. Cook, stirring occasionally, on medium for 4 hours or on low for 6 hours.
  3. In the last 10 minutes of cooking, turn dial to warm and gently stir in the blueberries.
  4. Serve topped with maple syrup if desired.
