Mango-Pineapple Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup mango chunks (use frozen for best results)
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (use frozen for best results)
  • 3/4 cup low fat or skim milk
  • large handful of fresh baby spinach (approximately 1.5 cups)
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions:

  1. Blend together any liquid ingredients
  2. Add fruit and spinach
  3. Continue to blend until smooth
