Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup mango chunks (use frozen for best results)
- 1 cup pineapple chunks (use frozen for best results)
- 3/4 cup low fat or skim milk
- large handful of fresh baby spinach (approximately 1.5 cups)
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions:
- Blend together any liquid ingredients
- Add fruit and spinach
- Continue to blend until smooth
