Garlic Butter Spinach Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 8 ox bow tie pasta
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 8 oz fresh spinach
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2/3 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions:

  1. Prepare pasta according to box
  2. Melt butter in a large skillet, add garlic and cook until fragrant
  3. Add spinach until wilted. Season with salt and pepper
  4. Drain pasta and add to spinach
  5. Add milk and cream cheese, mix until melted.
  6. Top with parmesan cheese
