Ingredients:
- 8 ox bow tie pasta
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 8 oz fresh spinach
- 1 tsp dried basil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2/3 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 2 oz cream cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions:
- Prepare pasta according to box
- Melt butter in a large skillet, add garlic and cook until fragrant
- Add spinach until wilted. Season with salt and pepper
- Drain pasta and add to spinach
- Add milk and cream cheese, mix until melted.
- Top with parmesan cheese
