Ingredients:
- 2 cups carrots
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 large, ripe banana, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup frozen or fresh pineapple
- 1/2 tablespoon fresh ginger)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 cup milk
Instructions:
- Make carrot juice, by blending together the 2 cups of carrots and filtered water. Transfer the carrot juice to a separate jar.
- Add 1/2 cup of carrot juice and all other ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until smooth. Add more juice or milk as desired.
