Carrot Top Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups carrots
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 large, ripe banana, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup frozen or fresh pineapple
  • 1/2 tablespoon fresh ginger)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions:

  1. Make carrot juice, by blending together the 2 cups of carrots and filtered water. Transfer the carrot juice to a separate jar.
  2. Add 1/2 cup of carrot juice and all other ingredients to a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth. Add more juice or milk as desired.
