Ingredients:
- 2 cans (12.5 ounce, each) of canned chicken
- 1 cup long grain white rice uncooked or brown rice
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 package onion soup mix*
- 1 (10 ounce) can of cream of celery or cream of broccoli soup
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 325°F
- Spray 9x13inch pan with cooking spray. Add chicken breasts and season with salt and pepper.
- Pour uncooked rice over chicken. Sprinkle onion soup mix.
- Combine cream of celery (or cream of broccoli) soup and 1 1/2 cups of water.
- Pour over chicken.
- Cover and bake for 1 hour 15 minutes or until rice is tender.
