Chicken and Rice Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 2 cans (12.5 ounce, each) of canned chicken
  • 1 cup long grain white rice uncooked or brown rice
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 package onion soup mix*
  • 1 (10 ounce) can of cream of celery or cream of broccoli soup

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F
  2. Spray 9x13inch pan with cooking spray. Add chicken breasts and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Pour uncooked rice over chicken. Sprinkle onion soup mix.
  4. Combine cream of celery (or cream of broccoli) soup and 1 1/2 cups of water.
  5. Pour over chicken.
  6. Cover and bake for 1 hour 15 minutes or until rice is tender.
