Ingredients:
- 1 cup fat-free milk
- 2 tbsp low-fat vanilla yogurt (optional)
- 1/2 cup frozen peaches
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 1/8 teaspoon of powdered ginger (optional)
- 3 ice cubes
Instructions:
- Blend together any liquid ingredients (milk, yogurt, etc.)
- Add fruit, then add ice at the end. For a thicker shake, add in more ice cubes.
- Blend until desired smoothness.
