Just Peachy Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fat-free milk
  • 2 tbsp low-fat vanilla yogurt (optional)
  • 1/2 cup frozen peaches
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1/8 teaspoon of powdered ginger (optional)
  • 3 ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Blend together any liquid ingredients (milk, yogurt, etc.)
  2. Add fruit, then add ice at the end. For a thicker shake, add in more ice cubes.
  3. Blend until desired smoothness.
