Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups skim milk or almond milk
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries, quartered (about 5-6 whole)
- 1 frozen banana, sliced
- 1-2 tbsp honey to taste, optional
Instructions:
- Blend together any liquid ingredients.
- Add frozen fruit and continue to blend until smooth.
- Top with frozen fruit as desired
